ORDERING & DELIVERY

  • WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED?

We take all major credit cards. 

  • WHAT'S THE TURNAROUND TIME FOR AN ORDER?

It takes 2-3 business days to get your order processed and shipped.


  • CAN I RETURN AN ORDER?

If for some reason the garment was flawed, send us an email with specific details.

We try our best to provide you with as much information on garments as possible to help you make the best decision before placing your order. If you still have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Shipping charges are not refundable; shipping costs are the customer's responsibility when returning/exchanging an item.


  • CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

We will try our best to work with you regarding exchanges. 

If the wrong size was ordered, please contact us with details and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Only unworn items will be considered for exchanges.

We don't offer free shipping at this moment.


  • DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Currently, we only ship to the 48 contiguous states in the United States. 


PRODUCTS & SIZING

  • HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?

Size charts and fabric information are found on each product page to give you a general guideline. If in doubt, we recommend to size up. If you need sizing assistance on particular items, or have additional questions feel free to contact us through the contact form at the bottom of this page.


  • WILL MY GARMENT SHRINK?

We print on a variety of apparel blanks. 100% cotton t-shirts will always shrink especially if they’re heat dried. Some polyester/cotton blends will also shrink if heat dried. We recommend hang drying all of our printed apparel. Care instructions are found on every apparel product as well. If in doubt, please size up.


Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to request a refund. Please note: Refunds may not be available on all orders.


Delivery Policy

For orders requiring shipping, provider information and a tracking number will be provided when the product has been shipped. Please contact us if you have any questions about your shipment.
